You may apply for passports at the Office of the Clerk-Recorder during the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The Clerk-Recorder's Office will examine the application, verify the supporting documents, accept the payment and then send it to the U.S. Passport Agency for processing.

The Clerk-Recorder's Office offers a service to provide you with photographs that meet passport and immigration requirements.
