The Travel Clinic nursing staff provides up-to-date health related information about other countries and cities, as well as the recommended immunizations for international travel. This service is offered only at:

Travel immunizations are available for adults and children (6 months and older). For children 2 years old and under, a written clearance/referral from their primary care physician must be presented in order to receive the needed travel vaccine(s).

The  Travel Clinic is closed on weekends and Santa Clara County Holidays.

• Please be aware that we charge a clinic fee in addition to individual cost of vaccines administered.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing. Clinic may close early if full capacity is reached.
• Clinic hours subject to change without prior notification.
• Payment is required at the time of service by check, cash, ATM debit, and credit cards. No insurance is accepted.
